Cancellation & Refund Policy
Jodhana Paridhan believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on www.jodhanaparidhan.com ?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please intimate us within 6 hours after receiving shipment and send it return within 24 hours of receiving the courier.
For outright cancellations by you:
– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 15 to 20 days.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
– The product will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product or wrong product is received but you have to share the video of unboxing the package, otherwise the replacement will not be applicable.
You order may be cancel from our end if the product will not available. In that case you would get full refund amount which you have paid. If you did not get any update on your order, please call us or Whatsapp at + 9149688292 for your order confirmation. Jodhana Paridhan will not be responsible for the delay.
Refund Policy:
If unfortunately you found any defected product, please update us within 2 hours and send us unboxing video.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 15 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on the basis of like or dislike product. We send same product which you have ordered. If you get any product with manufactured defect or different product, you have to send for return within 2 days with your courier receipt and it should be received us within 7 working days. We would not accept your return after 7 days.
We do not provide any kind of guarantee or warrantee on any fancy and artificial products.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9149688292 or email us at jodhanaparidhan1@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
Yes, COD is available. However, due to high courier return rates and COD charges, customers must pay 20% of the total order value in advance to be eligible for COD. We do not offer COD for the full order amount.
- All General Courier (Shipment) along with COD should expected to receive within 8-10 days.
• Minimum order on COD (Cash on Delivery) should be more then 1000rs.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
